well do you have the username and password? the POP3 server name and the SMTP server name?
What happens when you set it up? What is the error message?

Have you tried the settings from here? You may need to use the advanced settings and forgo the automatic discovery process.

Took me days to figure this out so I thought I'd share (this is for the bb classic, but it's running OS 10.3.1 so it should be the same for all bb devices)

I tried to write this sept by step but crackberry kept telling me I was trying to post links. The main problem is that you need to enter an IMAP path prefix. Use imap-mail . charter . net

Ports are 993/587. Use SSL for both

    Hope this makes sense

none of those charter settings work. the main problem is finding the imap path prefix, the correct port, and the correct incoming/outgoing address. I can't post my step-by-step directions because crackberry thinks I'm putting links and I haven't posted 10x yet, but if charter users use imap path prefix imap-mail. charter. net (no spaces), ports 993/587, and mobile. charter. net (no spaces) with SSL for both, it will work
