my screen does not rotate when i turn the phone. It did pass the BlackBerry Virtual Expert tests it was put through but do not know how to activate the the gyroscope through the settings.

BB10 devices = Swipe down from the top, Tap Rotate Lock to toggle between ON/OFF - On = Screen will not rotate in any BlackBerry system app. Off = Screen can rotate in BlackBerry system apps that allow for screen rotation. If you do not see Rotation Lock within the list of Quick Settings Options when swiping down from the top, then tap Settings/Quick Settings and key the box for Rotation Lock, this will add it to the list.
NOTE: The Home screen and App screen(s) on BB10 devices do not rotate, but the Hub and most other BlackBerry system apps do.
