How do I set the open app grid page to automatic arrangement like 10.2 instead of fixed?

on 10.3.1 update q10 the open app boxes on the open app grid page are fixed in place

before on 10.2 the most recently minimized app would always be first

i keep closing the wrong app cus i got used to the automatic arrangement before i downloaded this stupif update

Just hold the open app active frame and move it to a different position
tap and hold
