Blackberry 10 has a "share" contact feature. Using it sends all logged information about that contact including a histroy of email and text communications. There are many times due to privacy and security issues its inappropriate to include all this extra information.

For example - perhaps I refer a particular specialist - an IT person, accountant or Lawyer to a new contact. If I used the share feature my contact would see my log of commuinications with my accountant. This is complelty inappropiate.

I want to be able to send a simple business card - name, address, telepone number, business title etc WITHOUT including the communication history and without having to manually type all of this informaiton into an email or text message..
    How can that be accomplished?

You would need to use a third party application (there is a bunch in AppWorld) or the old fashioned photo + email if the card.

Afaik there is no native way to send only selective details of a contact.

I had someone pitch this to me as an app idea but the markets already got plenty of them and most are free.
