    What phone do you have?

    Regardless, you can plug your device via usb to your pc and the two drives should map to windows, then you will be able to see.

    Or go to file manager on your phone, and should have device and media card listed

    Like hamsterwheel said open your File Manager app and you'll see your device & SD card files
