The real question is why the hell someone got your password??
    Just change it!
Remove allowed computers in the blend configuration on your BB.

If someone try to connect to you BB through their blend dosktop, you should get a prompt asking to allow or not a random key. Just reject it and you're done...

You need to authorize the initial setup on both device and handheld to successfully connect your handheld to any device via Blend. So nobody can initiate setup without your UN/PW and device. If you think, it is somehow forced upon you, Open settings>Device connections or open Blend from top-down quick settings where you can find paired devices. You can investigate further on.
If you think, somebody would have accessed via a shared device like Home computer, right now there is no logs available to trace the activities. The only prevention is you should not allow to save password. But in your case, that will also of no use.
The sign is Blend icon on top left next to the battery icon. Also you should get notification in Hub that xx device is connected.

Or ya know, you could just turn it off on your phone?

Maybe a system admin messed with it at work while you were still connected to the PC?
