    My z10 automatically updated with the new 10.3. I cannot send or receive texts from or to certain numbers - seems to be those with the least conversation are successful. So, I was told to wipe the update. I cannot synch to the laptop, because a device error msg keeps appearing. So I cannot back up. I would like to save contacts and chats. Any ideas?

    Unless you have a third party software that does that? no.
    contacts for what address book? Don't you have them in an email account that syncs to your phone?
