    My blackberry Z10 just updated the OS to 10.3.1. I really don't like this version and want the old version back. Is there a way to return to the 10.2.1 OS? If so, how?

    Use an autoloader, search the forum for the version you want.
    You will lose all your data, apps, contacts etc. You'll have to start over.

    I strongly suggest giving it a week before going back.
    The OS is plenty of new features and you will definitely enjoy them if you take the time to look around.

    Go to : http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...rchive-943672/ Find and download the 10.2.1.xxxx autoloader version from Thurask's awesome repository, unzip the file and place it on your computer's desktop, plug in your phone and click the autoloader .exe file. Watch it load. This will however wipe your phone totally so hopefully you have a backup to restore from Blackberry Link. If not, you will have to manually install all your info again.
