    Go to phone settings...networks and connections....enable bluetooth ...Set Bluetooth to discoverable ....remove all existing devices from Bluetooth device list.....on each device that you are attempting to connect to RESET your pairing function (this is typically a long press on the pairing button)....re-pair your device with your phone.
    Once the device is connected open the device details and ensure the media and hands free settings are enabled as desired.

    Bottom menu is greyed out, no action possible even with BT enabled...

    Did you recently update the OS? Could be a corrupt installation.
    Regardless try a hard reboot of device....hold power button down for 20-30 seconds until red LED flashes and the BlackBerry boot logo reappears.

    Then try the paring reset suggested to the OP in the earlier post.

    If you have completed a recent update and the reboot fails to correct the connection problem you may need to reload the OS.
