You have to perform a security wipe. Settings > security and privacy > security wipe

Or if you don't want to wait the time of a security wipe (which could take long!) I would advise to make an update using an autoloader.

Well, read his message better : he bought the phone from a friend.

In essence, apart doing a full reinstall using an autoloader OR doing a security wipe, there is NO possibility of changing a phone ID.

Or maybe you can try going into settings -> BlackBerry ID -> modify -> change the ID there?

    I would clean it anyway

You have to be careful with these types of posts. If they sound like they don't make sense, as in "Why would a "friend" sell him a phone and not wipe it first? , then it does raise my guard hairs, and I just refer them to the BB site for pw recovery etc.......
