    I have used up most of my memory space and have downloaded my videos onto my PC, but cannot remove them now from my BB 10. Advice for me?

    Open File Manager and go to Device > videos. Long press on a video you want to delete. From the slide out menu, tap "Delete". From that slide out menu, you can also tap "Select more", then tap on additional videos you want to delete, then delete them all at once.

    What he said.

    There are rare situations thought where it bugs out and you get ghost files that cannot be deleted. If this happens try:
    • Remove the SD card, reboot the device, put the SD card back in;
    • Backup the contents of the SD card to a PC, format the SD card in Settings > Storage
