    Es wurde keine SIM-Karte im geräte erkannt> there was no SIM card recognised in the device.Network,Subnet & service provider are all not blocked<nicht gesperrt>
    I know there used to be a button or similar that one pressed and the SIM-card flew out of the device but I cannot find it The device is at present useless and keeps on showing me how to insert a Sim-card, which I do not need.Can anyone please help?

    Take the back cover off, SIM and SD Card slot are on the right.
