    I put in the SIM card and since then can't seem to find any way to remove it

    maybe you have to push it in a little more and it pops out a bit?

    If your sim is not damp, give it a gentle push towards inside,it will pop out, if it is damp and has become soft in texture then pluck it out with lady hair plucking tong type lever.

    It's spring loaded. Push in gently until it clicks and it will pop out.
