    Early Dec. anyone sending me emails to my work account starting receiving a bounce back from my [email protected] email account. This is what it is saying : The following organization rejected your message: antispam3.c0.bise6.blackberry. I haven't used that email for years. I did have the Q10 and currently have the Classic. Any help in getting this removed would be greatly appreciated.

    Log into https://rogers.blackberry.com/ and delete the forwarding address. If you don't remember the username or password you can try retrieving it yourself, but if that doesn't work, just call Rogers and explain. They can trash the whole account since those emails are to be retired anyway.

    OP, what email address are the users actually sending to? [email protected]? Something to that effect. Did you ever have to have someone setup forwarding to your bb.net address because of security or inability to directly integrate your email account onto the BlackBerry?
