How do I reinstall my email account?

I was trying to enter my password which I have forgot , so was trying to set that up but I deleted my email account , so no emails coming or going . I have the BBBold.Thanks

Yeah. Without your password to your email account, you can't set it up on your phone.
Change the password first on a PC and then try and set it up on your phone
