    AppStore shows this app as installed, but the app is no longer on my phone. How do I clear it on the AppStore so I can reinstall? I only get the open button which does nothing.

    Download Ghost Commander from BBW. Then MANAGE the android app from Ghost Commander.uninstall it from there.
    Then reboot. Go to Amazon app store after that and try to re-install again. This should work.
