[CrackBerry Question]

I have registered my blackberry with my e-mail id with security questions. Now i forgot my id password as well as security question answer also. Visited the vebsite and removed my ID from the list. Still my mobile pop up the the login credentials required screen, I can able to login also cant able to change the login details by settings. I am using blackberry z10. Kindly advise further.

You have to remember your password or your not getting in. you could try a security wipe but you will lose all your info.

Go to BlackBerry site online. Or do a search online you will find FAQ page and right there, you will find how to reset your password. It happened to a friend of mine and I did the search and reset it for her

Try to remember the security answer that's the only way or your gonna lose all your data

If you forget your Password and answers to your security questions, you will have to create a new ID using a different email address than already used.
