My Z10 was stolen and until a couple of days ago, I could log in with my blackberry id to blackberry protect in an attempt to find my phone, but now it seems that my id has been deleted. How do I recover this?

All BBID function can be found here - BlackBerry ID - BlackBerry Login - Sign In to Apps & Services - US. You could try resetting it or changing the email associated with it in an effort to 'recover' it.

I need help as well. My bbid is still the old blackberry email address and I cannot confirm bbid because that email no longer exists and it won't allow me to change my Id to my real email address because it says that email is already in use. I think I tried to create a bbid with my email address years ago but used the email address from blackberry instead. Is there anyway to fix this?
