i had accidently removed deleted email set up files in bb bold 9900 cant bring them back,did factory reset,try to update os verison it says already updated dont know what to do now

basically i checked that my emails are not coming,i thought I will delete my email account and setup again,I accidenly went to the folder application management and delete email setup files.after deleteing I found that virgin mobile has stopped my bb data from back thats why I could not get the emails,try to get help from them but as the phone bought privately they can not help me furthur.
try few time complete data wipe under security but the files not come back,when try to update the OS it says already up to date.
kindly help me in this process.

I tried to update my blackberry through the latest software as you told me but i always get an error has occured message.
