my Q10 just went off when my wife tried to override the password when she wanted to switch from her Q5 to my Q10.
after resarting it showing yellow caution triangle with the web site www.bberror.com/bb10-0015

There's no way for the average person to "override the password" so I'm not sure what you meant by that. After 10 failed password attempts, the device will wipe itself.

Hi Guys,
I have almost the same problem. I used all of 10/10 possibility.
Now i have the yellow triangle and bb 00 15.
I have done so far:
BB link and refresh regarding KB34045: .. no connection
Autoloader 10.2 xxxx and 10.3. xxxx no connetion only "connection to bootrom" and nothing else...

Any idea what now?

All gone. Total wipe will occur.

Hopefully you've been using Box or Dropbox to sync your media, or have been doing regular backups.

Edit: BUT a 0005 error (missing radio file) should not require a reload. What were you doing prior to this error? (original post was a 0015 error!!)

i have a Z10 and it has a 10-0005 error, he did a power cycle when he crossed the US/Canadian border and now this error is up and the phone is unusable. i don't want to wipe the phone as there is some important info on it that has not be backed up through link( the backup only did contacts not pictures) is there any way to do the software update on the phone without a wipe happening?
