    For some reason when I plug my phone into my mac, I can't seem to transfer any music of media onto the phone? Where as the BBZ10 had the blend and etc I can't seem to find a way to upload my photo's to my computer or put music on my phone?

    Use an SD card and an SD card adaptor. Plug the adaptor in your mac and load music on it. Then put SD card in phone.
