How do I obtain a log from an app that keeps crashing on Q10?

We've developed an app for Blackberry and it only crashes on the Q10 device, according to our clients.

I don't have a device to test with so I am wondering if I can obtain a log somewhere on the device?

Short answer, no. There is built in logging, but it's restricted to RIM -- and all logs are encrypted, there's also a roughly 20 minute window before things get wiped -- so if you're looking to capture anything older than 20 minutes, it's probably gone.

Best route is to do the logging yourself.
