    i had to security wipe my Z3 in order to download the update because there was no space but the problem is that the device i stucked in the security wiping page and every time i restart it it restart at the same page any help please

    Sometimes the wipes take a long time, I'd wait it out while it's plugged in. Rebooting during wipes is not best practice

    It can take from 30 mins to 4 hours to complete security wipe, be patient, plug it to a power point and wait
