    I use a BB Z10, OS 10.3.1.1154, Snap 2.9.9.0. And no matter what I do, I can no longer install the Clean Master APK from Snap. I've restarted my phone, both hard restart and soft. Erased all found traces of Clean Master, to install anew. But every time I try installing the APK, it just simply fails. I can't even re-download the APK in Snap.

    I couldn't find anyone talking about this topic, so I'm asking. If this problem has been answered, please send me the link.

    I just downloaded from Snap and installed it but it isn't moving beyond the black screen.

    Oh and it just crashed while I was typing.

    Q5SQR100-2/10.3.1.2072

    Edit: restarted and it is working:

    Try reinstalling Snap
