can i copy all the contacts etc onto the sd card of classic and then install card and transfer to keyone that way?
Export you contacts in the contacts app on current device. It will be in a file. Email or send that file to yourself in some way then import it into the contacts app on new device.
I transferred all my wife's stuff from my wife's classic to her new keyone using "Content Transfer" and all went well. Not sure about her text messages.
