I have downloaded the 3 files for Colbalt's Google Play Store. When I try to install the first file, as instructed, I click on it and get "unable to open." How do I "install" the file? The instructions just say install. I need specifics like drag finger down from the top, click on options. Next, click on more options and you will see "install" as the third option down. Double click on install and click OK then yes. FYI I'm using a passport with the latest 10.3.xxx. Thanks.

You simply press the Cobalt apk file while in your download location and it will install.
Make sure in device settings that you have enabled "allow apps from other sources" in App Manager.
And it's a good idea if you are on OS version 2876 that you have the runtime patch downloaded from BBW prior to apk install.
