    hii all i am not able to install 10.3 in my bb Z3. Its all time getting failed while installing. i tried many times whole data got downloaded every time but fails while installing. and by bb links also not downloading more than 6 % and failed. any solution?????

    You need to restart the device to install the update.. It takes a lot of time..
    it took me about 20-30min.

    i have done dat also, downloaded via wi fi 2 times step 1. than in step 2 done approx 70% of installation. but after dat it failed. i tried many times even by loading by link formatted my bb but not able to install it.
