How do I take a screen shot in Q5?

Press the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons at the same time. It will take a screen shot and save the photo in your pictures folder.

U will find reminder tune under mtg profile section under Calendar. Don't know how to take screen shot in Q5 - pressing volume up key and lock button at same time doesn't work.

When you click reply, there will be a little "Pin" at the bottom of your screen, click that and it will allow you to attach a file.

Go to Calendar - Settings - Meeting Mode - Configure MM profile - Customise App Notifications - Whats App - activate sound - u then hve option of browsing for music and choosing your reminder tone.

See what you mean, I thought the ring tone was a standard one pre-loaded by Blackberry. The only thing I can think of is that the song is only 5 seconds long or that the song may be too large and it's only allowing 5 seconds.

The song is a good 20minutes and earlier software version allowed the song to play in full (not repeating again at end, as in alarm). Current version 10 allows any reminder to play for only 5seconds. For the alarm, you can set the music of your choice and it will keep repeating the same till such time u snooze or dismiss the alarm.

Its a bit of a mystery. I would say try cut the song down to say 5 minutes and see if that helps. Otherwise not sure what other options there is. I personally don't have music on any of my devices so I'm unable test things out for you. Sorry i wasn't much help.

Tried that too. Also tried default reminder tone. No use. Can u see if u can extend time with any tone to at least 5mts in lieu of 5seconds pls? Tks
