    Have just got a Q10 as my new work phone and I cannot get whatsapp to recongise my contancts as they are housed on the BES. I have tried refreshing, also I can't copy locally or on to sim either (or at least haven't found out how to).

    Is there anything I can do other than manually copying over?

    Nope. Or ask your IT department to allow BES contacts to be copied to non BES

    For new contacts, store them in both adres books by unlocking workspace before saving and select both for saving
