    A great service in Canada that I've used is "Free my BlackBerry" (Blackberry Unlock Codes - #1 Source for FREE Unlock Codes) - I've unlocked a few devices with them - they're fast and among the least expensive in Canada. They also respond to emails from their website.

    You can do what he said and pay or you can do it for free this way.

    Use method 2 to get your MEP ID - http://freemyblackberry.com/instruct...ups/en/mep.php then go to http://www.bbs.x-mobila.ru/ and enter IMEI and MEP ID to get a code. I've tried it twice and it works fine
