I have a Q5 and the camera will not work also now the ringer will not ring. The battery does not come out of this model, so that is not an option. Any solutions.Thanks for the suggestion but didn't work.

There were two solutions presented to a similar issue:
- Reload OS through BlackBerry Link
- Try hard reset first: press top and bottom volume button until phone turns off

If those two methods didn't work, you might wanna have it replaced.
