[CrackBerry Question]

I've synced using link before and it always updates the addressbook on my mac (mind you I haven't done this in a few years). But now if I do it, the sync progress bar goes and the addresses in the addresbook are not updated.

I've been searching for hours and it seems like blackberry removed this functionality. If not WHY??? I do not want to use a separate cloud solution. I just want to plug in my USB and have my mac addressbook updated to what's on my blackberry currently. Any advice?
