    My Blackberry Z10 STL - 100-1 was working perfectly well, i restarted it because the reception was now bad then it got stuck on the bootlogo at 100% what should i do??

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the only way I know to get a phone working after that is too either reload using link, or use an autoloader.
