    phone has been stuck on preparing blackberry hub for over 24 hours. In addition if I try and access any apps it does not respond so cannot reload operating sytems as cannot access setting or any other screens. I have tried swiping down 5 times,removing sim, swithcing it on with no sim on and pressing both up/down volume for 10 seconds.

    can anyone help please?
