    troubleshooting profile update. I am unable to get full data service from sprint on the 9930 sprint says its the phone

    You have to get it from your carrier.

    Was there a time you did get full data from sprint?
    Normally, they would tell you you ARE getting full service and then charge you more.
    Did they try to sell you a new device?

    If not, maybe it IS the phone!
    You've configured everything correctly?

    When is the last time you cleaned your device. Really cleaned it.
    Dust and the environment build up can have an effect on signal.
    You should always have a can of compressed air on hand.

    REally don't know what else to suggest. Except, change carriers???
