How do I get a BAR file from an Installed app?

There is an app I have installed on my Z3 that is no longer available in BlackBerry World.

I'd like to share the app with a friend who also has a BlackBerry. How do I get th3 Bar file so I can send it to them?

First, is it a paid app? Really shouldn't be sharing paid stuff.

If it is free, you can use the app called Sachesi from App world and get it from there.
