When using my Blackberry Passport, I use a lot of android apps. This includes Spotify. After a few hours of running these apps, they force close. This means, for me to be able to continue using these apps I need to restart my phone. It gets annoying after a while. Any advice? Cheers.

You should limit yourself to no more than a dozen Android apps. The Runtime is only meant to be a stop-gap.

Reboot your phone and wait 10 minutes if your device memory drops below about 800MB. The required frequency is proportional to the number of Android apps you have installed.
