how do i fix whatsapp not sending any media?

I can't send pictures,videos,music or documents on WhatsApp with my Z10. Can I fix this?

Download Whatsfixer from blackberry world. Remember you must have an sd card in your phone.

Did you "stop" WhatsApp before applying Fixer?

Yes I stopped it. Maybe it's because I have GB whatsapp not the official whatsapp.
