    I have a Curve 9330. I have a new problem. When I try to synchronize with BlackBerry Desktop I am getting a synchronization error "CRTranDB::AddNew : Duplicate record Id- DFC898C8". My only option is to click OK. Then it just goes to the "Synchronization Complete" dialog box but the synchronization didn't take. How do I fix this?

    does it sync any info at all before the error or does it occur immediately?
