    I installed the OS 10.3.1.1151 on my z10 STL-100 . but I can not continue the setup because the screen is not responding to touch.

    try to reinstall?
    also - have in mind:
    1) any problems - post in BB10 Leaked os /beta forums here: BB10 Leaked/Beta OS - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
    2) you shouldn't have this OS, as it is unofficial, therefore - use it at own risk.

    try to reistall os using autoloaders on blackberry website. before doing that uninstall bblink from ur pc. and update software using website autoloaders.
