How do I find my ID if my old phone will not turn on?

I cant remember my blackberry ID or password, and my old phone will not turn on.

IDs are typically email addresses. How many email addresses do you have?

I've made it a practice. I have every username and password on hardcopy. Any changes are updated. I lost too many passwords, I've learnt my lesson.
