    You don't really 'find' the info to put in there. It has to be registered from your device. The basic options are going to Options, Advanced Options, then HRT (Host Routing Table), then click the menu key and click register. But given you never stated which device you're using, it may differ. You might want to consider registering for an account so that you may reply to posts and we can help you further.
