How do I escalate to someone that cares at Blackberry?
I was an early buyer of the Keyone. My screen popped off about two weeks ago. Customer service was very unhelpful and could give me no estimation of getting a replacement phone. Yesterday my new phone shows up. I open it up and that screen is already popped off just like the previous one. I believe this is a known problem but no one at blackberry seems to care about making this right. I ask things to be escalated and they call me from odd numbers at weird times at night. I now have no estimation of when I will get another phone so I am stuck with a broken one again. They also are making me transfer everything to the new broken phone just to have to transfer it again when I finally get another phone. I have been a loyal blackberry user for a decade, but I am at my end, no wonder they have fallen so far if this is how they treat people. Any tips on how to get some help would be appreciated.
