    I have attached my Blackberry to the Surface wit a USB cable - where do I go from here?

    You didn't say what OS your Surface is running. If it is the PC version of Windows, you should be able to install the device drivers for BB10 which will mount your phone as a USB drive and allow you to access the Camera folder on your phone.
