How do I download the BlackBerry Q10 factory update without using the link or anything in my PC?

i m downloading it in my blackberry link but my net is too slow i need to download it manually through another program like i download the os of other mobiles need help please

Settings -> Security -> Security wipe if you want to wipe your device.
Updates always need internet connection... to update your phone you can do

Settings -> Software updates
