    Screen sensitivity is diminished. Sometimes need to swipe 2 or 3 times for it to move.

    A 32 second boot is the equivalent of a battery pull. So, hold the power button down for 32 seconds. Time it.

    If you are talking about home screen swiping trouble and you are using the BlackBerry Launcher, the last update caused some issues for some people, including me. Every screen in all the apps swipes just fine except my home screens. Sometimes takes 2 or 3 times to get it to move from one screen to another. There's a thread around here somewhere.
