    I am receiving text messages with smiley faces instead of specific letters. Is very frustrating. Example in place of capital D or G - I get a smiley face - so instead of DON I'm getting ON or instead of GUARD I'm getting UARD. Can be very difficult in my business when complete messages are extremely important.

    I don't think you can turn off the emoticons, but you have to be mindful that slips of the keyboard will produce them....
