Ever since my latest update my phone will no longer rotate. The customer service at Verizon said it's a blackberry update issue, and I need to wait for a new update. I'm tired of not properly seeing Web pages bc they won't fit to screen, and since buying this phone a year ago I have already needed to do two system restored due to other issues. I really don't want to again wipe my phone clean. What are some other options??

You could always back up your phone via link and try a leak

No lock is not on. Like I said took it to Verizon, their techs looked it up, and said it's a glitch in the update.

Maybe if he find a core os from another os you can install that using sachesi and then your problem should be fixed. You won't even half to wipe your phone.

On the other hand, you could install a 10.3 leak that is amazing and has no bugs (my personal experience)

Im personally tired of the whole blackberry system. You can't get any programs. The very week that I bought the phone I had to wipe it clean, because my first ever update shut down my Internet, and I could do a thing with it.

You could try and upgrade to 10.3 if apps are important to you. Android apps work much better than before.

You must have bad luck, I've had no major problems with my many BlackBerry that I've had. Just remember ever OS (android or iphone) has its problems

No, just stuck with this phone, and hate it, and can't afford a new one. So trying to make the sucky situation as good as it can get. Why make a phone that you have to pay for every single app just bc of the name?? Android and iPhone have thousands of full and free apps, and I have yet to find more than 1-2 d fully functional app that is good that's free in the blackberry world. Why is blackberry so SPECIAL that they can't be like every other phone. It's pathetic. The phone it self is nice bc I can run a few things at a time, but its impossible to get any good apps, and that's completely frustrating!
