    Item was 44$ cnd and I assume it was a year. It was a blackberry branded bank. The site is gone so I can't even check their policies

    The US site is still active. The Canadian site was transferred to another one with no one who has returned my emails. I assumed I was Sol but I wanted to see if anyone from the Cb team could\would help me anyway.

    Ahh, well I apologize for the lack of communication there. If I knew who to yell at, I would on your behalf. Although it's not the best possible resolution, I personally have a BlackBerry branded battery pack that I would be willing to send you to make this right for you.

    It's not a problem. I understand that when a service is closed forms of contact is also closed. (Thanks sears and futureshop!) If you're not using the battery I would love to have it. It was the best battery bank I had until it broke.
