There are some issues with BT and cars and earpieces and OS10.3.1. Read up on the known issues of this OS or check the BlackBerry knowledge base for more info.

I had a Jawbone and it was always tricky to pair. Had to turn on and off bluetooth on my phone and press the button repeatedly on the band... never really figured out a trick to get it to work all the time. I'm not sure that the Jawbone has the best bluetooth hardware because it doesn't seem to be that much better on our android tablet.
If you have other Bluetooth devices paired it definitely affects it.

Hi, I am about to buy a band, could you kindle me talk me about yours?
I saw the UP app in Snap, it says it doesn't support UP3

My jawbone works fine. Strange. Usually easier than most other BT as well. Never prompts for codes. Hold button while turning on.
She goes "Welcome, Connect me to your phone."
2 seconds later "Connected."
Every other BT I've had, Motorola, BB, Jabra always have to type 0000 on my phone.
Cannot get my Up3 to work on my bb passport.. Help please!
Nevermind, I got my UP3 working on my Passport!
